This past Sunday, as part of our Built Different marriage series, we returned to God’s original blueprint in Genesis 2, where Adam declares of Eve, “This is now bone of my bone and flesh of my flesh.” This is more than poetic language—it’s a revelation of covenant, unity, identity, and divine design. We explored what it means for two people to be formed by God, joined through God, and sustained with God.

The message challenged couples, singles, and those preparing for marriage to reject the world’s version of relationships and embrace a love that is spiritually aligned, purpose-driven, and built to last. Understanding the weight of becoming “one flesh” reminds us that kingdom marriages aren’t just romantic—they’re resilient, sacrificial, supernatural, and built different.
